granulated sugar

cinnamon

pecan halves
Place a piece of foil onto baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray; set aside. In a saucepan combine, sugar, water, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until reaches 240 degrees or soft ball stage. Add pecans. Mix until pecans are well coated. Immediately pour mixture evenly onto prepared foiled lined pan. Cool five minutes, or until cool enough to touch. Break into small pieces. Makes one pound or 16 - 1/ 4 cup servings.
