Baker's white chocolate baking squares, melted

4 ozs
vanilla flavored coating, melted

1/2 cup
peppermint candies, crushed
In a large saucepan, melt margarine and chocolate squares until smooth. Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate mixture sugar, eggs, and peppermint extract. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside. Spread brownie mixture evenly into pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool. Spread melted chocolate evenly over brownies. Sprinkle top evenly with peppermint candies.
