Pepperoni Tortellini Supper

Adapted from Favorite Casseroles

  • 18 ozs frozen cheese tortellini
  • 24 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • 4 1/2 ozs canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained
  • 3 ozs turkey pepperoni slices, halved
  • 4 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Cover to keep warm. In a large skillet, combine spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Mix well and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cooked tortellini and cheese. Mix gently to combine.
