frozen cheese tortellini

low-fat spaghetti sauce

canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained

turkey pepperoni slices, halved

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Cover to keep warm. In a large skillet, combine spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Mix well and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cooked tortellini and cheese. Mix gently to combine.
