low-fat spaghetti sauce

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Place cooked pasta onto the bottom of prepared pan; set aside. In a skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce, pizza seasoning, and salt. Mix well and heat through. Spread mixture over top pasta in the pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
