ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

tomato sauce

no-salt-added tomato sauce

turkey pepperoni slices

granulated sugar

pizza seasoning

spaghetti, cooked and drained

parmesan cheese, grated
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Drain, if needed. Add both cans of tomato sauce, pepperoni slices, sugar, and pizza seasoning. Mix well and heat through. Add cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese to chicken mixture. Cook for for 20 minutes.
