Potato Puff Meat Pie

Adapted from Favorite Recipes Of America, Casseroles

  • 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups turkey gravy in jar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsps fat-free milk
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen mashed potatoes, prepared
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, gravy, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onions. Spread in prepared pan. In a bowl, combine potatoes and milk. Mix until spreading consistency. Lightly press mixture on top of turkey mixture in dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
