turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, sauce mix, and boiled water. Mix well. Add milk, salsa, and turkey. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are done. Let stand five minutes before serving.
