fat-free milk

low-fat buttermilk

canned pumpkin

egg whites, slightly beaten

Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Add fat-free milk, fat-free buttermilk, pumpkin, egg whites, and oil. Mix until moistened. Pour half cup batter per waffle waffle onto of hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
