low-sodium taco seasoning mix

low-fat tortilla chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 11" x 7" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and chiles until chicken is no longer pink. Drain any liquid remaining. Add taco sauce, water, and taco seasoning mix. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally for four minutes. Layer half the crushed chips onto bottom of prepared dish. Cover with chicken mixture. Sprinkle top with cheese and remaining tortilla crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
