whole wheat penne pasta, cooked and drained

reserve 1/2 cup liquid

ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

1 tbsp
cajun seasoning

salt

canned crushed tomatoes, undrained

1/2 cup
three cheese blend, shredded

2 tbsps
parmesan cheese, grated
In a non-stick large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add cajun seasoning and salt. Mix well. Stir in cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, tomatoes, cheese blend, and parmesan cheese. Mix well again. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until heated through.
