Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt, stirring constantly. Mix just until thickened. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Arrange cinnamon rolls in one layer over strawberry mixture; reserve icing from package. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Spread icing evening over top.
