low-fat cream of mushroom soup

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

poultry seasoning

low-fat baking mix

fat-free milk
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a 13"x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, soup, vegetables, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Spread into prepared pan. In a small bowl combine baking mix and milk. Mix well. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until light brown.
