onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

beef broth

15 1/2 ozs
canned dark red kidney beans, drained

cajun seasoning

8 ozs
instant brown rice
In a large skillet, cook onions and bell peppers until tender. Stir in broth, beans, and cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand ten minutes, or until rice is cooked.
