onions, chopped

bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

ranch salad dressing mix
In a large bowl, combine cubed potatoes, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese cheese, onions, bacon crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
