canned salmon, drained and flaked

egg whites, slightly beaten

onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

whole wheat crackers, crushed

black pepper

wheat hamburger buns
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg whites, onions, bell peppers, crushed crackers, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate mixture for half an hour, or until set. Form into five four ounce patties. Prepare a skillet with cooking spray and fry patties on both sides until lightly browned.
