wagon wheel pasta, uncooked

light sour cream
In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in water, salsa, pasta, salt, and sour cream. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer ten minutes, or until pasta is done; stirring occasionally.
