pre-washed mixed greens, chopped

Vinaigrette:

dijon mustard

white wine vinegar

lemon juice
Press thawed bread dough evenly into a jelly roll pan. Let rise according to package directions. Brush olive oil evenly over crust. In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, pizza seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Top crust evenly with mixed greens. To prepare vinaigrette, whisk together mustard, vinegar, and lemon juice in a liquid measure. Pour evenly over mixed greens on crust. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and mixed greens are cooked.
