frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained

Topping:

unbleached flour

margarine, cut into 1" pieces
In a 3 1/2 - quart slow cooker, combine peaches, one cup sugar, and one and half teaspoons cinnamon. Mix well and spread evenly onto bottom of cooker. Meanwhile, for topping, combine flour, remaining sugar, and remaining cinnamon. Mix well. Cut in margarine using a pastry cutter. Mix until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over peach mixture. Cover and cook on high for two hours, or until peaches are cooked.
