In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink and onions are tender. Place mixture into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add water, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for three hours. Place 1/4 cup mixture evenly onto each bun.
