low-fat spaghetti sauce, divided

manicotti pasta, cooked and drained

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add salt, black pepper, and one cup sauce. Mix well. Reserve three cups chicken mixture. Fill cooked pasta shells with remaining chicken mixture. Arrange shells into prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine reserved chicken mixture and remaining spaghetti sauce. Pour over shells in pan. Sprinkle top evenly with cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
