Italian white bread, cut into 1/2 slices

fat-free evaporated milk

2 whole
eggs

2 tsps
rum extract

1 tsp
cinnamon
In a shallow bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, rum extract, and cinnamon. Mix well. Place each bread slice into mixture. Place onto hot griddle with a half tablespoon oil. Cook for three minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
