Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 12 standard muffins pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda. Mix well. Add pumpkin, buttermilk, oil, and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon evenly into muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
