mini pretzels

dried cranberries

egg whites

granulated sugar

pumpkin pie spice

salt
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cashews, peanuts, pretzels, and cranberries. In a smaller bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy. Pour over mixture in bowl. In another small bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt, Mix well and add to mixture in bowl. Mix until all is coated. Place coated mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Bake one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let set to cool completely.
