frozen hash browns, thawed

reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded

onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

light sour cream

garlic powder

tuna in water, drained and flaked
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11"x7" dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook hash browns, onions, and bell peppers until vegetables are tender. In a mixing bowl, combine hash brown mixture, milk, egg whites, cheese, sour cream, salt, garlic power, and tuna. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for one hour, or until golden brown and edges are crusty.
