canned sauerkraut, undrained

low sodium cream of chicken soup

reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350.Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add salt, black pepper, cooked noodles, sauerkraut, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes, or until heated through.
