ground chicken breast

taco seasoning mix

Southern Style frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

frozen corn, thawed

Velveeta Light Loaf, cut into cubes
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet cook, chicken, bell peppers, and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Mix well. Stir in potatoes, corn, and cheese cubes. Mix well againand cook until cheese cubes are melted. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or util heated through.
