herb seasoned stuffing mix, prepared

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

onions, chopped

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

poultry seasoning

black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Press potatoes onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with stuffing mix; set aside. In a saucepan, combine turkey and onions cook until onions are tender. Add soup, water, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well and heat through. Pour over stuffing mixture in dish. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes, or until bubbling.
