ground chicken breast skinless

onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

no-salt-added whole tomatoes

undrained and cut up

no-salt-added tomato sauce

1 1/4 ozs
low-sodium taco seasoning mix

15 1/2 ozs
canned dark red kidney beans, drained

15 1/2 ozs
canned great northern beans, drained

15 1/2 ozs
canned butter beans, drained
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart cooker. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning mix. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir in all the beans. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook four more hours, or until heated thoroughly.
