turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9"pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine one cup of the mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, and salt; set aside. Spread one cup spaghetti sauce onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with pasta, cottage cheese mixture, turkey, and remaining spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with remaining half cup mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.Bake for 30 minutes, or bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
