bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

pecans, chopped

toffee bits
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8"x5" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Add milk, oil egg, rum extract, bananas, and pecans. Mix until all is moistened. Spread one cup batter into each prepared pan. Sprinkle half cup toffee bits evenly over top. Spread remaining batter equally between pans. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits evenly. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted center comes out clean.
