elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

canned diced tomatoes, drained

tomatoes and green chilies

1/2 tsp
salt

cheddar cheese, shredded

bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, tomatoes, and tomatoes and green chilies, and salt. Mix well. Place mixture in a 8" glass casserole dish. Microwave on high for two minutes. Mix again. Cover and microwave again on high for one minute. Sprinkle top with cheese and bacon crumbs. Microwave, uncovered, for 50 seconds, or until cheese has melted.
