canned diced tomatoes, reserve liquid

low-fat tortilla chips, crushed slightly

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, combine chicken, two tablespoons tomatoes liquid, onions, garlic, chili power, and salt. Cook five minutes. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add canned tomatoes. Lay half the crushed chips, chicken mixture, and cheese in prepared dish. Repeat layers once. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
