cheddar cheese, shredded

fat-free milk

1 1/2 tsps
salt

1/4 tsp
basil

8 ozs
elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

10 ozs
frozen peas and carrots combination, thawed

6 ozs
tuna in water, drained and flaked
While macaroni is cooking in a separate saucepan, heat cheese, milk, salt, and basil in another saucepan. Stir over medium heat until cheese has melted. Add macaroni, vegetables and tuna. Mix well and heat for 15 minutes, or until vegtables are done.
