turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, sauce mix, and boiling water. Cook until potatoes are done and sauce is thickened Add turkey and cheese. Mix well. Place mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Sprinkle breads crumbs over top. Bake for ten minutes more, or until browned on top.
