Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, cheese, turkey, milk, onions, eggs, and salt. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Refrigerate for several hours. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
