onions, chopped

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained

canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

15 ozs
canned great northern beans, drained and rinsed

8 ozs
barbecue sauce

3 tsps
chili powder

1/4 tsp
salt
In a large saucepan, cook onions until tender. Add turkey, tomatoes, beans, barbecue sauce, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered.
