Turkey Tacos

Adapted from McCormick & Company

  • 12 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/4 ozs taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 whole taco shells
In a large skillet, combine turkey and onions. Cook until onions are tender. Add water, taco seasoning mix, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Fill each taco shell with half cup turkey mixture.
