cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place potato slices from mix onto bottom of dish: set aside. In a skillet, cook turkey, peas, and onions until turkey is no longer pink. Place mixture over the potato slices in dish; set aside. In a saucepan, combine water and milk until boiling. Add sauce mix; bring to a boil. Pour mixture evenly over potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until potato slices are cooked.
