In a large saucepan, cook chicken and pepperoni until chicken is no longer pink. Add water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, instant minced onion, parsley, pizza seasoning, chili powder, and sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes,
