Place salad dressing a small shallow dish. In another small shallow dish, combine crumbs and parmesan cheese. Coat drumsticks with dressing first, then dip into crumb mixture. Place into a ten inch round microwave-safe dish, with the bony ends oriented towards the center. Place a potato half between each drumstick. Sprinkle paprika over each drumstick. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes, rotating dish once during cooking time. Turn drumsticks over and potatoes around. Cook on high again for 13 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, turning dish once during cooking time.
