Walnut Cranberry Freeze

Adapted from John B Sanfilippo & Son, Inc.

  • 8 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 3 1/2 c fresh cranberries, ground
  • 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
  • 8 ozs crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
  • 1 c Cool Whip Free, thawed
Walnut Cranberry Freeze
In a mixing bowl, cream cream cheese until smooth. Add cranberries, sugar, pineapple, and walnuts. Mix until all is combined. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 11" x 7" pan. Freeze several hours before serving.
