light margarine, melted
Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, wheat bran, raisins, wheat germ, cinnamon, and baking powder; set aside. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, honey, and margarine. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
