water, boiled

fat-free milk

onions, chopped

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

chicken seasonings and long grain rice
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, boiled water, milk, onions, mushroom soup, and rice. Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.
