pumpkin pie spice

baking soda

fat-free plain yogurt

olive oil

walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well. Add yogurt, oil, egg, and walnuts. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
