whole wheat flour

zucchini, grated

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 12 standard muffins pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, pizza seasoning, onion, salt, and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Add zucchini, milk, egg, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly between muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
