frozen blueberries

bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

fat-free plain yogurt

olive oil

pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Stir in frozen blueberries; set aside. In a liquid measure, combine bananas, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix until all is moistened. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
