reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, bread cubes, and two ounces of cheese. Mix well. In a liquid measure, combine milk, margarine, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour over vegetables in bowl. Place mixture evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until edges are browned.
