turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and shredded

frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked

unbleached flour

reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded

fat-free evaporated milk

4 whole
eggs, slightly beaten

salt

black pepper

refrigerated pie crust
Preheat oven to 375. In a shallow bowl, combine broccoli and turkey. Mix well. Spread mixture onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle flour and cheese evenly over top; set aside. In a liquid measure combine evaporated milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined. Pour evenly over top. Bake for 40 minutes, or until browned on top.
