no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained

stuffing mix for chicken

water

garlic, minced

chicken breast halves skinless

basil

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 13"x9" with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, and garlic. Mix until stuffing is moistened; set aside. Layer chicken pieces, basil, and cheese in prepared pan. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
