bell peppers, chopped

no-salt-added ketchup

chicken broth

low-sodium worcestershire sauce

yellow mustard

hot pepper sauce

black pepper

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and shredded

In a large saucepan, cook bell peppers and onions until tender. Add ketchup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Add shredded turkey. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through. Spoon half cup mixture onto each bun.
